Lakeview Behavioral Health is a Minnesota outpatient provider offering mental-health, psychiatry, substance-use and co-occurring-disorder care for adults, adolescents and children. It is not the similarly named Georgia hospital and should not be presented as an inpatient residential or detox facility.

Substance-use treatment is offered at the Grand Rapids, Hibbing, Brainerd and Duluth locations. Lakeview’s fee agreement addresses claims to insurers, Medicare, Medicaid and third-party payers, but prospective clients should confirm plan participation, office, age eligibility, scheduling and personal cost directly.
