About Us

Sage Recovery Villa is a 15-bed luxury residential facility nestled on 24 acres of serene countryside in central Texas. Our estate provides a peaceful and supportive environment for individuals seeking treatment for substance use, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. We specialize in treating both adults and adolescents through our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), combining evidence-based approaches with holistic therapies to foster overall wellness and balance.

Our Approach to Treatment

At Sage Recovery Villa, we believe in providing comprehensive care that addresses the unique needs of each client. Our treatment plans incorporate a range of evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing (MI). Additionally, we offer a variety of holistic therapies such as meditation, qigong, group fitness, acupuncture, yoga, Reiki, and equine therapy. Our goal is to empower clients with the tools and support they need to achieve lasting recovery.

Program Details

Our typical program length is 35 days, during which clients can engage in a range of activities and therapies designed to promote healing and growth. We also offer a business executive track, which provides flexibility for work needs, as well as a concierge service to accommodate even greater flexibility and time for work. Family education workshops are held twice a month, and clients can participate in a weekly CBT skills group for aftercare once they’ve completed their treatment plan.

Our Facilities

Our 24-acre estate is conveniently located just outside of Austin in Manor, Texas. The villa features semi-private and private rooms with queen beds and luxury furnishings, as well as a range of amenities including a beautiful pool, upscale kitchen, fitness center, and horses on-site. Clients can enjoy relaxing in the pool, playing pool table, or simply taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Sage Recovery Villa is accredited by the Joint Commission, a voluntary, objective process that evaluates and accredits healthcare organizations based on performance standards designed to improve quality and safety for patients. We accept most private insurance, making it easier for individuals to access the care they need.
