Our Approach to Mental Health Treatment

At New View Wellness, we begin with a comprehensive assessment to create a tailored treatment plan for each individual. Our evidence-based treatment methods include individual counseling and psychotherapy, family therapy, psychiatry and medication management, acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and more. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing collaborative, individualized care that addresses the root causes of mental health disorders.

Specialized Programming for Teens

We recognize the unique struggles teenagers face in the modern world and offer specialized outpatient programming for teens. Our teen partial hospitalization program (PHP) provides treatment several days per week, typically on a half-day basis, using evidence-based treatment methods used in residential programs. Our teen intensive outpatient program holds group and 1-on-1 sessions Monday through Friday from 4:00-7:00 PM, allowing teens to attend school while receiving care. We also offer family counseling to help family members support their teen in treatment.

Virtual Treatment Options for Greater Accessibility

At New View Wellness, we believe that mental health care should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we offer a virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) for those unable to commute to treatment. With a stable internet connection and a compatible device, individuals can receive high-quality care from the comfort of their own homes.

Dual Diagnosis Treatment for Co-Occurring Conditions

Our center specializes in dual diagnosis treatment, addressing both addiction and mental health concerns together. We assess each individual’s history of addiction and mental illness to establish tailored treatment goals. Our program educates clients on the root causes of mental health disorders and how addiction impacts their mental health diagnosis. Consultations for prescription medications are offered to ease withdrawal symptoms, while a combination of therapies is used to treat both conditions.
