Khiron Clinics is a UK trauma-treatment network offering a pathway from highly supported residential care in Oxfordshire to intensive day-clinic and outpatient care in London and online. It treats trauma-related mental-health conditions using nervous-system-informed individual, group and somatic therapies. This network profile does not imply that residential treatment is delivered at the London outpatient address.
The Oxfordshire pathway includes the single-occupancy Khiron Bungalow with continuous individual support, the CQC-registered Khiron Clinic with 24-hour waking staff, the 10-bed communal Khiron House programme, and the more independent Khiron Cottage and Khiron Lodge step-down residences. Khiron’s current brochure says recommended residential stays typically average two to six months, with the level and duration set after an initial clinical consultation.
The London Day Clinic is an intensive outpatient programme running Monday to Thursday, 10:00–16:00, with attendance two, three or four days per week. Clients may complete the full ten-theme cycle or select one or more focused weeks; a standalone week requires all four days. Standard outpatient therapy is available in person or online, generally weekly or twice weekly, with individual sessions, groups and a ten-week package. Khiron also lists an online day clinic and separate child, adolescent, couples and family services.
Khiron’s current 2026 brochure publishes weekly residential prices of £9,800 for Khiron Bungalow, £7,770 for Khiron Clinic, £5,775 for Khiron House or Cottage and £6,125 for Khiron Lodge. It lists London and online Day Clinic care at £625 per day, individual outpatient sessions at £250, groups at £40 and a ten-session package with process-group access at £2,400. The provider accepts self-funding, may work with private medical insurance and considers NHS funding individually; coverage and funding are not guaranteed.
