This notice covers Luxury-Rehabs.com, a treatment-provider directory and educational website. For privacy questions, contact info@luxuryrehabs.com. Treatment providers linked from the directory operate their own websites and handle inquiries under their own privacy notices.
The interaction involved matters when considering a privacy question. Reading a public page, emailing a correction, and contacting a treatment provider are different activities. Identify which activity your question concerns and which organization received the information. A provider’s use of information submitted through its own website is not described by this notice simply because you found that provider through the directory.
Browsing and technical information
You can browse public listings and articles without creating an account or providing contact details. Requests to the site and its service providers can include an IP address, browser and device information, the requested page and technical logs. Such information may be processed to deliver pages, maintain security, diagnose problems and understand site performance.
Public access without a reader account should not be interpreted as anonymous access in every technical sense. A browser still requests pages and their resources. If you use a search field, keep its purpose in mind: use a general provider name, location, or topic instead of entering medical records, personal identifiers, or another person’s private circumstances. A directory search is not an intake assessment or a private message to a treating clinician.
The site uses infrastructure and performance services, including Cloudflare. Pages may also load fonts, images, maps or video from third parties. These requests can reveal technical information to those services even if you do not submit a form. See our cookie and similar technologies policy.
Browser storage and information transmitted in a network request are separate considerations. Deleting a stored cookie does not establish that a service never received a request. Likewise, the absence of a visible cookie does not establish that no technical information was processed. For a question about a particular page or service, provide its address and the kind of interaction involved so the question can be understood in context.
Information you choose to send
If you email us with a correction, accessibility issue or privacy request, we receive the contact details and information you include. We use that correspondence to address the request and maintain necessary records. Please avoid sending medical records, identification documents or other sensitive information unless specifically required and an appropriate method has been agreed.
A factual correction can usually be described by identifying the page, the statement involved, and a current public source. An accessibility report can describe the task and the barrier. Neither request needs a detailed explanation of your health or another person’s treatment. Before sending an attachment or screenshot, check whether it contains unrelated information and whether a short written description would explain the issue.
Contacting a listed provider by its telephone number, email or website is a separate interaction with that provider. Review its privacy notice before sharing health information.
Confirm the receiving organization’s identity and use the communication method it gives you for the purpose. A provider may need different information for a general question, a clinical assessment, or an insurance inquiry. Ask that provider what is needed and how it should be sent. The directory’s publication of a contact detail does not make its inbox a route for submitting records to that treatment service.
Access, retention and service providers
Information may be available to the hosting, security, analytics or communications providers involved in delivering the relevant service. Their processing locations and practices may differ from your location. Retention depends on the type of record, operational need and applicable obligations; contact us to ask about a particular record or service.
A useful retention question identifies the record concerned, such as an email you sent or a technical interaction with a named page. Different kinds of information can serve different purposes, so a statement about one service should not be assumed to describe all other records. This notice does not give a single fixed retention period that applies to every category of information or every external provider.
Your choices and requests
You can control cookies in your browser, choose whether to follow external links and decide what to include in correspondence. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information, object to processing, or complain to a supervisory authority.

State whether you are asking a question, requesting a correction, or seeking another action. Avoid adding more personal information than is needed to explain the request.
