A residence for one client
THE BALANCE publishes a residence dedicated to one admitted client. Priory The Residence offers an exclusively reserved private apartment suite within Priory Hospital Roehampton. Ask what accommodation is exclusive and which clinical services take place in shared hospital facilities.
Private accommodation may support a preference for limited contact with other residents. It does not establish how often a psychiatrist attends or whether nursing and hospital services are on site.
A small residential community
Ibiza Calm describes a maximum of 12 clients, Camino Recovery combines private en-suite accommodation with a shared program, and AToN describes up to six residents per house. Compare the actual timetable, group participation, private sessions and shared facilities.
A small intake does not mean that every session is individual. Ask which parts of the week are shared and which can be adapted.
An inpatient clinical setting
Nightingale Hospital describes inpatient, day-patient and outpatient mental-health services in London. A private room in a hospital differs from sole use of a villa. Confirm the clinical programme, medical support and the assessed level of care. Official service information.
Questions that separate the models
- Is the property exclusive, or only the bedroom?
- Who is physically present overnight?
- Which treatment sessions are individual or shared?
- Where are medical assessment and detox delivered?
- What happens if more intensive care is needed?
- What continuing care is included after discharge?
Compare the fees and inclusions once these details are clear.
