The Cabin Chiang Mai provides residential treatment for substance and behavioural addictions and co-occurring mental health concerns at its Chiang Mai campus beside the Ping River.
Treatment and setting
The current Changing Pathways programme combines individual and group counselling, health and psychiatric assessment, medically supervised withdrawal support when required, fitness, mindfulness, family involvement and continuing care. Clients stay in private accommodation at the residential campus; this is not a one-client-at-a-time programme.
Programme length and pricing
The provider publishes four-, eight- and twelve-week residential options. Its current pricing page lists a typical four-week programme from USD 19,900 with private accommodation, clinical care, meals, activities and online aftercare included. A 35% deposit is required at booking and full payment is due before arrival. Insurance eligibility depends on the individual policy.
