The published service includes video visits with addiction clinicians, individual care planning, peer-support groups, secure messaging and, when clinically appropriate, prescriptions for medications for opioid-use disorder such as buprenorphine. Treatment length is individualised with the treating provider.
Bicycle Health states that it accepts more than 300 insurance plans. Its current self-pay price is $249 per month plus prescription cost. Insurance, Medicaid and Medicare arrangements vary by state and plan, so coverage and total personal cost must be checked before enrolment.
