Amen Clinics states that it is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance directly, although it supplies a superbill that clients may submit for possible reimbursement. The checked contact page lists a $230 new-patient consultation applied toward a full evaluation if the patient proceeds. Other prices depend on the selected evaluation or service.
